PROGRAM LEADER

Zarlasht Shinwari

Zarlasht has personally been highly involved in the fitness industry for the past 6+ years. She currently is a CrossFit athlete who works out 6 days a week and tries to keep her workouts diversified through strength, endurance, balance, and flexibility. 

Her passion for holistic wellbeing is the core of her daily motivation. She believes that our bodies are a gift from Allah SWT, so should we nourish, rest, and build our health by pushing our comfort zones to uncover how far we can go and grow. 

She believes and hopes to make you feel good and be healthier YOU from the day before after each workout. She aims to empower women to challenge themselves from where they are to uncover how far their bodies are willing to go.
